Inspired by true events, this is the story of a young girl growing up in Bradford, England. After finishing college Nadijah finds her dream job as a writer for a magazine firm. There she meets Nasir and both fall in love and get married. Life could not have been kinder for Nadijah. But when Nasir suddenly leaves for abroad to visit his sick mother, tragedy strikes and without warning she is left all alone.
